I use Yahoo Mail for receiving all user group email. 
The problem seems to be the use of the list service at lists.toku.us. It has a large number of addresses associated with it, and it is a mail-list service. Both of these conditions trip the spam filters at all receiving email services and clients except the service from which the mail-list was sending. In other words, someone with a Yahoo email address, or a mail-list sender which uses servers which Yahoo or Verizon find to be OK will not trip the spam filters at Yahoo. But everywhere else, including Outlook, will classify the emails as spam.
You need to set jp Rules which redirect such mail-list or mass-mailings back to your Inbox to avoid this issue. 
Other conditions which often trigger spam filters are too many recipients in the To or CC or BCC parts of the headers.
When sending back to a mail-list (any mail-list) it is also recommended not to leave all the CCs and BCCs in your Reply Header. In other words, use Reply To (just one sender from the list) or Reply To the List itself, and delete all others. DO NOT use Reply To ALL! That can result in the mail-list bouncing the message. Then the Moderator will have to step in, or else your message will never see the light of day at all.

I am having lots of spam filter problems with outlook.  Frequently it treats messages that I have sent as spam even after I have gone in and specifically said that my name is OK

Hi all,

  

My gmail spam filter is not kind to some members of this group who use Verizon or Yahoo. Specifically mail from Robert Primak, Charles Forsberg, Larry Wittig, Peter Albin in the last couple of days.

  

Do any others who have gmail have this problem - or is it just me with some incorrect setting?
