A Washington Post article shows Facebook users how to use a new feature
(released today) called "Off-Facebook Activity".
It is the product of a promise CEO Mark Zuckerberg made

Facebook has not made this feature easy to find, but the WaPo article has
handy links. Try it. It's easy.

Basically, Facebook tracks you and your activity (PC/Phone) whether you are
logged in or not.
People are finding the level of detail surprising and a bit embarrassing.
It records internet searches and the uses of apps.
