 Two outer sets of wheels would certainly look more stable.
But, why can't this thing take off directly from a fire station, skipping the ground-based part altogether? Why can't the pumping unit be on-site per a grid arrangement, and deliver the water through a Fire Department Valve near the fire location? All else would operate the same, as far as the Drone on Steroids is concerned.
