Adobe Flash and Flash Player will no longer be supported or developed after the date mentioned. There is nothing we as end-users can or should do about this. It is the responsibility of web sites and other users (including Comcast) to upgrade their software to use alternative means of displaying images and videos.
Nearly all major web browsers will turn off Flash Player and no longer support it at the time Adobe discontinues it. So if someone like Comcast were to try to continue to use it, no web browser would support their video format. I sincerely doubt that Comcast is prepared to sacrifice their streaming audience just to avoid converting to a supported format.
It's not like everyone hasn't had two years to prepare for this. Adobe made their announcement before 2018 began.

Saw a notice on my computer that “Flash Driver Will No Longer Be Supported, 12/20”.

What does that mean to me and what should do?

 Thanks ,
