Savants –
Too often, my iPhone is hijacked by the screen whose shot I’ve pasted below.  I’m believe it’s bogus – I never found a corresponding notification in my Settings.  I can get rid of it only by turning off the iPhone and turning it back on.  
Any suggestions for a better way to deal with it – especially prevent it?
