going over the  schedule from now through Sept 1

Quite a few of you have actions and might expect to be contacted by one of
us.  But it would be really good if you review the list of upcoming talks,
look for your name, and send a confirmation to the four of us even when we
believe that you have given one of us a personal confirmation.
