Subject: [Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] tomorrow's meeting

 

This is our periodic meeting to pull together he agenda for he next few
months.  Our preliminary plan is to go out through he end of 2021.  Our
process has bee the same for the last two years.  Here it is:

 

1.	All participants should familiarize themselves with
https://wiki.toku.us/doku.php?id=lexingtoncomputergroup.  This area, put
together by Steve, contains our current schedule and ideas for the future.
2.	Steve will review the calendar so all know what dates are set and
what dates are holidays
3.	We throw in a Potpourri every 4 or 5 weeks.  These, of course, can
be moved, but they give us a structure.
4.	We go through idea that have already been submitted.  There are
nearly 40 more or less in the order they were submitted.  We go down that
list identify things we want to add to the schedule.  If possible we
identify a presenter.  Otherwise we identify someone who will try to get a
presente
5.	As this is going on, and at the end, these items will cause folks to
think of other topics.  In general we will not stop to full discuss them but
if they are of interest to the group they will be added to the list
6.	By 11:30 we will have much of a schedule though many will say
something like "talk on astronomy by xxx, yyy will ask him if he can".
7.	Over the next two weeks our objective is to obtain confirmation.

 

We hope that many can attend.  If you cannot, but have idea, please send
them to us.
