[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Recommendation for a Chrome Book

Hi Everyone,
I am looking ffor a recommendation for a Chromebook that I need to purchase fairly quickly.  I am looking for something that is not overly expensive.  It does not need to have a lot of bells and whistles.  It just needs to be functional.
Can anyone recommend a make and model (incorrect terminalogy, but hopefully you know what I mean) that would fit my needs?
