[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Experience with Windows 11

I already posted at least two examples, one very serious, of why not to adopt Windows 11 at this stage. It's a "dot-zero" release, and the installer has some problems even with some recent PCs and laptops. (And that's putting it mildly!)
Then there are the unknowns about security and which processors will eventually be accepted for upgrades and updates. I would consider the first Feature Update of 2022 to be Windows 11's "dot-one" version. That's the very earliest I would even consider upgrading my own PC.
But if you want to be pioneers... well, we all know what happened to a lot of pioneers.
Let others suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous feature changes.

I have a colleague who has worked with Windows 11, I'll see if he's willing to connect with LCTG and answer your question(s).
In my opinion, I would not be a first-adopter.  I feel it's better to let others find all the bugs the Microsoft missed and wait for the later release.  But it's up to you.

Does anyone have experience with Windows 11, either as an upgrade or on a new PC?

My Dell XPS-13 is Windows 11 capable, and I am wondering if anyone in this group has any horror stories to report.

Thanks,
