[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Seniors Only Free Public Skating

There is seniors (62+) only public free skating in Burlington on 
Tuesdays from 1PM to 2:30PM. The municipal rink is located on a side 
street off route 3A (Cambridge Street) behind Bickford's Grid.

I think this is well kept secret and consequently not much of a Covid 
spreading risk. Since the program started three weeks ago, I've been the 
only one on the ice so far.

Love to have more company... Bring your friends, spouses, ...

Not only is there a cardiac exercise benefit, but skating helps with 
maintaining balance and handling future falls as you age. My knee 
cartilage is shot so running is prohibited, but skating works 
beautifully.

Half of life is just showing up...
