That’s a common phishing text that I receive a few times a week. Hit delete and safely ignore.

Subject: [Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Bogus “Amazon” notice?
I just received the following text Message (italics added to set it off from what I’m writing.
Notification : 24567

I’d ignore this, except that I recently placed an order with Amazon (not yet delivered). If this were an email, I’d check out the sender’s address, but don’t know how to do the equivalent with a Message.
The bad grammar might be a clue, but bad spelling and grammar are rife in American education.
.
Ideas and suggestions?
