*Essential:*
*     Show all photos in a named folder.*

*  * Zoom each photo up/down to window size while preserving aspect ratio.*

*  * Settable photo display duration (applied to all photos).*
*     Random or sequential order of display.*

*     Free,or small one-time fee.*

*NOT wanted:*

*     Fancy transitions and effects.*
*      Photo editing capability.*

*      Ability to create movies.*
*      Steep learning curve.*


*The Windows 10 "Photos" app doesn't have the "starred" features. *
*Most of the other apps I can find are overly complex.*
