This is precisely why a browser guard is CRITICAL! I never go anywhere
without one.

Malwarebytes, an extremely reputable company offers their browser guard
for free! Both for Firefox and Chrome.

"Malwarebytes Browser Guard gives you a safer and faster web browsing
experience. It blocks trackers and malicious websites while filtering
out annoying ads and other unwanted content. In fact, you can browse up
to four times faster.

It is the world’s first browser extension that can identify and block new fake tech support scams. And Malwarebytes Browser Guard crushes pop-ups, browser hijackers, and browser lockers with ease."

There's also a Firefox Extension.

Malwarebytes Premium offers real-time web site protection that has saved
me from opening or being redirected somewhere suspicious.

ALL of the phishing IQ tests are merely picture files. The hyperlinks
are part of the picture and are completely safe. I did have a tough time
with them.
