[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Next week’s Potpourri discussion about A Hybrid Meeting System for LCTG

Folks,

Next Wednesday we are going to have a Potpourri session.  One of the topics
is a progress report about *A Hybrid Meeting System for LCTG Meetings, *a
project several of us have been working on this past Spring.  We have
written a set of documents about our design and implementation which can be
seen at:

This is the basic document about the system.  Other documents are listed at
the end of each document in the series.

After some testing in the coming weeks, we hope to try out this system
starting in September.

The discussion next week will be one of several short topics.  In it, we
will give a progress report and discuss what remains to be done (primarily
testing and working out some known issues, as well as any ones we encounter
in our testing.
