There are a few extensions or plugins for getting a feel for readability scores:

 

I use LibreOffice. They had Linguist, but that may no longer be supported. Others recommend online places, but uploading may not be feasible for documents which need analysis the most. 

 

MS Office must have something you can add in, and there are hints there may be something crude but built-in.

So there is some capability for Office 365 users and Outlook.com users.
