[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] here is the better solution for my problem

Once I realized that I had a table instead of just text I googled for a way to turn a table into text.  Turns out to be easy though I certainly wasn’t even aware that it was something I could do.  I followed the simple explanation and, voila, it was accomplished.
