Got a phone panic call  "don't shut down .." and not sure if it's the Tech Support Scam or what ??
In the middle of the screen was an indication to "do not shut down, ..." and to call a possible Microsoft phone number.
In retrospect, a quick way to validate this is to mouse hover over the MS EDGE Icon in the Taskbar, and wait for the Tooltip popup indicates Wave Browser, then this condition is to Test/Validate if the Win 10 is eligible for a Win 11 Upgrade (at least a Trial, not sure if Win 11 Free).
Yes, have Win  WAVE  Browser has been downloaded, and is from some Update process.  No, the Test/Validate will go ahead, so need co-operate, else have a happy time getting rid of the Wave Browser and getting EDGE back quickly.
After this completes, the Wave Browser is replaced by Edge, and can go  Start -> Settings -> Updates -> History and might have a posting if that Win 10 is NOT eligible for a Win 10 to Win 11 Upgrade (at least one user has a Trial Win 11 Update), and I'll stay neutral on all of this, and some will Upgrade, others NOT, or some (me) "wait and let the Pioneers pave the way".
