 I can't explain the exact physics, but most of those stunts can be done by any competent gymnast or circus performer. It does take training and experience, which is very admirable. Lots of dedication too.
BTW, the urban gymnastics demonstrated can get you arrested (or seriously injured -- a friend of mine broke out two front teeth trying to jump a bike over a shed), in case anyone's grandchildren are thinking of doing their own Tik-Toks like these.
Anyone thinking of canal or river crossing using the technique demonstrated should also review the show Wipeout from ABC or American Ninja from NBC. And remember the water you'd land in is not exactly clean. And the walls are concrete, not crash-pads. No climbing ladders to get out either. And possibly real river currents to contend with.
