[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] sound

 Though it sounds like it fixed itself after a restart, I would consider looking at the manufacturer's web site for an updated driver. Especially if it's Intel or Realtek under the hood.

I am not getting sound from my desktop
   
   - The speaker is on
   - The sound icon on the screen is at 80%
   - I went to sound on the control panel and it shows it is on

  

Any other ideas
