[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] strange in Outlook

I have outlook for mail.  There are two strange things I have been noticing.

1.	About 20% of the incoming messages come in twice, with the same time
stamp.  About half the time one of the messages shows up in spam.
2.	Messages from (and ONLY FROM) George Gamota show up with his name
crossed off.  The message is readable and it can be replied to or forwarded



Any ideas?
