I had that same crossed-out name on a message from George.  I speculated that perhaps he had attempted to recall it, but this was just a guess.

I have outlook for mail.  There are two strange things I have been noticing.
   
   - About 20% of the incoming messages come in twice, with the same time stamp.  About half the time one of the messages shows up in spam.
   - Messages from (and ONLY FROM) George Gamota show up with his name crossed off.  The message is readable and it can be replied to or forwarded
