Hi,
FYI, Google/Gmail also needs an app password only in Gmail when you turn on two factor Authentication app passwords are available for you to use.
Now it might be a good time to create a new Gmail account.
You can forward all of your Yahoo mail to your new Gmail address.
I have a Gmail account linked to my personal domain account and Gmail allows me to send as my king Consulting address even though I'm on Gmail and you could do the same thing only use your Yahoo address so that nobody needs to know that you're using Gmail now. You will receive your mail from Google and send your mail from Google only continue to use your Yahoo address if you want to.

I checked the settings for both IMTP and SMTP server settings are correct. Wondering if anyone has run into the issue and fixed it. I also tried POP server instead of IMAP but no luck. I searched the web but did not find anything that would help. The error in Outlook is as below.

If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
