[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Yahoo Emails in Outlook

This discussion has been very timely for me. Someone using Outlook Mail on
her PC has been finding that emails from my Yahoo account have been landing
in her trash for the past few weeks. She is not very technically savvy, and
I was going to try to help her create a filter that would accept my emails
in her inbox, as I would for my Mac/Chrome/Gmail accounts, even though I am
not familiar with PCs and Outlook. For the group she and I are in, I use a
Yahoo account. Your discussion makes me wonder if her issue might be part
of this update configuration.
When you are all talking about "adding a Yahoo account," are you talking
about establishing a Yahoo account to use from your Outlook Desktop? She
does not want to establish a Yahoo account. She just wants to be able to
receive Yahoo emails from others that will land in her Outlook Inbox.
Any thoughts on whether this will be possible with the new update
configuration? All ideas welcome.
Thank you,
elaine
