[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Best way to transfer from floppy disks to Windows 10??

You should be able to borrow a converter from the Lexington Cary public 
library.

See FLOPPY DISK DRIVE [1] which is a USB to 1.44MB floppy disk reader.

It's in the Library of Things [2].
