[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] In honor of Charlie

[William Quinn]

 I only knew Charlie through our weekly meetings and only since I joined a few years ago. But he immediately impressed me as a top-notch guy who was very knowledgeable in many areas and ways (also, 5 daughters!). He was modest in his approach including that little red Honda he drove and always friendly. I wish I had been able to take one of his courses. I am sure I would be the better for it.
