 For an article written by AI, this is definitely readable and does present a point of view.
I found the linked articles more interesting however.
It's not the AI in the system which seems to be the source of debate. It's the intended effect on the pace of MLB Baseball, and the inevitable side-effects. It should be interesting to see if the Minor League statistical changes translate to the Major Leagues. Fans seem generally to welcome the changes. We'll see if this enthusiasm remains as fans see the effects on their favorite teams' and players' performances. 
Players, coaches and mangers seem to be more divided as to whether they like or dislike the changes.
