I am on the site you mentioned, and underneath my photo there is no option to check updates. I checked all possibilities but can’t find it.

I do get notices once in a while stating that a ZOOM update is available and I click yes to install it. Maybe once I clicked to automatic updates, there is no way to unclick it?

Run the program and log in.

In the upper right hand corner will be an icon which if you have put in a profile picture will be a picture of  you and click on that and it should show your profile picture and your login name if you scroll down the menu one of the options is to check for updates click on that option and it will go out on the internet and see if there's a newer version to upgrade to if you scroll further down there is an option called Help underneath help there is an option called about Zoom and if you click on about Zoom it will tell you the version that you are running at the moment.

I have a paid version and not sure how I find what version I have or how to update it? I get updates every once in a while automatically.

Don't forget to upgrade your Zoom client.

If it's been more than a week since your last update, there's a newer version out there.

The current version is 5.16.6
