All,
I have a Bluetooth Panasonic phone that pairs with my cell phone. I have
it paired with my Android but it compared with Apple as well.
It supports uploading contacts to the phone base so when somebody calls
you it checks that contact list and then announces on all of the
handsets specifically who is calling, so you know whether or not to rush
over to the handset and pick up the phone.
It also supports Siri on Apple for voice dialing and Android voice dialing.
My Panasonic supports pairing with a maximum of two cell phones. As soon
as I arrive home and my cell phone is in range of the base station, it
automatically links up. If I want to make a phone call or receive a
phone call that comes into my cell phone, I can answer that on any one
of the handsets. I don't have to pick up my cell phone. Say for example
your cell phone has a low battery, and you want to leave it on the
charger, you can make a cell phone call from any one of the base station
handsets.
The Panasonic Bluetooth phone system can be used exclusively and only
with a cell phone, you don't have to have a landline to take advantage
of all of these features.
Drew.
