You grossly overcooked the chicken -- the USDA says that poultry [turnkey,
chicken] is fully cooked and safe to consume @ 165F [74C] or 347K

This reduces the required slap speed considerably.  Of course you neglected
to account for the substantial amount of energy lost through acoustic
radiation -- the last time I slapped something hard -- not only did it hurt
-- but it was loud.
