[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] NASA tasked with creating a time zone for the moon | The Hill

I get the need to have a standardized lunar time, but isn't it arbitrary?
Isn't GMT as good as any other, unless they aren't going to be divided into
24 one hour units?
