Is it American Airlines or is it "the airport computer system" that's to
blame? The article mentions both and is ambiguous on that point. And the
reporter does not seem to have bothered to contact American Airlines for
comment.
On the other hand, I'm glad the last time I traveled by air with my dad
(on American, as it happens) he was only 96.
