As you know, we have been able to have hybrid group meetings in the LCC 
courtesy of a few people helping to setup our system and test it. This 
effort was spearheaded by Harry Forsdick and is now a critical part of 
our meetings.

Currently, the meeting setup has been limited to either Harry or me 
being available to configure the computers and other equipment. I have 
created a setup guide based on Harry's initial documentation that is now 
ready for beta testing.

If you are available and interested in helping with the setup, please 
meet me this Wednesday at about 9:30 at room 237 in the LCC where I will 
hold an informal demo session on the setup. The goal is to have a "team" 
of individuals that can setup the equipment and facilitate the logistics 
in the LCC.
