Dashlane, 1Password, and Bitwarden are all considered quite good.
LastPass has fallen out of favor due to a series of breaches.
All of the password managers can take a spreadsheet (or at least CSV) as
input.
If I were to start from scratch, I'd enter my passwords as they currently
are, then log into each site and change the password using the built-in
password generator function. Each of the password managers have the ability
to ask you if you'd like to save a password you just entered on a site, so
you can also back up your credentials "passively" as you browse around.
