[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Kaspersky antivirus users - what to do?

Yes Defender is free but in my opinion it is not the best solution all
by itself. I do a lot of browsing on the internet and I find that
Malwarebytes catches things first, and it catches things that Defender
does not.

I create a lot of Windows Virtual machines and browse the internet
without Malwarebytes and only Defender and if I try I can find sites and
things that get through the defender. When you build the virtual machine
and you're not concerned with what websites do to the virtual machine
you can more accurately test the quality of Defender versus another
product and I can assure you the defender by itself is not a GREAT
solution by alone.

I have found websites that successfully installed software while only
being protected by defender.

I also run avast antivirus free on my Android phone because there is
also the possibility that you can get malware from a bad software
program that made its way into the play store and avast scans all the
programs that are downloaded from the play store.

Anyone running Windows Defender on Windows 10 is going to lose their
Windows Defender updates regardless and so if you have Windows 10 next
fall you're going to need to pick a third party antivirus solution
anyway otherwise you have no protection.
