Actual test results of Defender VS my solution. 27% for MS and 100% for
my solution.

Defender by itself:

Try going here and see if bitdefender catches it. It doesn't on my VM.

Ad and Tracking Blocking test site.

I score a 100%!

My NordVPN with antimalware protection, is EXCELLENT!It scans the
packets before Windows does and catches everything before defender even
has a chance to try to scan it. Every file you download is scanned
before Defender sees it.

Microsoft's own bing copilot even rates Malwarebytes as a better solution:

Now, let’s address the question directly:*Is Malwarebytes better than
Windows Defender?*

  * *Malwarebytes*tends to be more robust in terms of features. Its paid
version offers real-time protection, a password manager, and a VPN
(in the Premium + Privacy plan). The exploit protection is also a
    valuable addition.
  * *Windows Defender*, being built into Windows, is a good starting
point for basic security needs. It’s free and provides essential
protection. However, it lacks some advanced features like a VPN and
    exploit protection.

In summary:

  * If you’re looking for a comprehensive solution with additional
    features,*Malwarebytes*is a better choice.
  * If you prefer a simple, built-in solution that covers the
    basics,*Windows Defender*(Microsoft Defender) is a decent option.
