Here is the reference to the book chapter which describes the history of
microelectronics which I worked on while I was professing in the Department
of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Hampshire
I wrote the chapter with Andrzej Rucinsk, a Professor of Electrical and
Computer Engineering @ UNH and Don Bouldin, a colleague from the University
of Tenn.

Unfortunately -- the book is exceedingly hard to find [although I have a
couple of copies]

Somewhere, I have the file as submitted to the publisher in 2007 --  which
contains all of the illustrations as well as the text
I will try to locate it and provide access if at all possible
