Also, the Star Trek health monitor -- not a pen yet, but in the watch. 
If I want to talk to myself while walking down a street, I can just insert earbuds and no one is the wiser. 
So excuse me while I go out and scream at the traffic. (Not an unusual behavior at all in Boston! Even the cops do it.).
