All,
This is not new
Back in the 70's when I was an MIT undergrad -- we had a Physics Colloquium
featuring Paul Dirac -- the legendary Physicist
Most people came just based on the assumption that here's a chance to say
you were in the room with one of the founders of QM
However -- Prof. Dirac spent his hour talking about a new idea -- that the
physical constants were not in fact constant -- that they changed with time
and space in a predictable manner
When he was finished -- most people thought that they had witnessed an old
guy a bit off the beaten trail -- and Yet?
