All,

Check out RustDesk for remote access/control.

It is marketed as a replacement/alternative to apps like Teamviewer,
Anydesk, etc.

What makes this app stand out amongst all others is that it supports
voice. You can talk through the remote connection to the person who you
are providing remote technical support to, rather than having to rely on
a separate telephone conversation.

If you need to help somebody with their iPad you can see the iPad and
talk to them at the same time.

You can transfer files in both directions. The added advantage to this
is the ability to transfer files between dissimilar operating systems.
Theoretically, you can transfer a file from a Windows computer to
someone's ipad while they're located somewhere else in the world.

*Other nice features:*

 1. It's open source and FREE!!
 2. Works everywhere. NO NEED FOR PORT FORWARDING!!!!
 3. Display your Android/Apple phone/tablet on your Windows machine.
 4. Provide remote technical support for people using mobile devices
like iPad and cell phone without needing to be on the same local
network. I don't know about iphone, but with Android, you can set it
so that you can from Windows control the Android phone remotely.
 5. On Windows, you can run the app without having to install.
 6. Connection is encrypted.
 7. At any point, you can reverse the remote control connection without
    losing the connection.
