[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Expanding Support for Hybrid Meetings

Folks,

Now that we seem to have solved the audio pickup problems from the
Community Center rooms, I think we are finished building the Hybrid Meeting
System.  I think it has passed from being an experimental system to an
operational system.

As such, although Peter and I will certainly be around, I no longer think
that Peter or I always need to be the ones who set up and run the equipment
each week.

So, I would like to hear from all who would be interested in learning the
process for setting up and operating the Hybrid Meeting equipment used in
our meetings.

Please send me a DM if you are willing to learn how to do this.  Once we
get enough responses we can train the new people in one session.  We will
certainly help you the first time you are responsible for the equipment.
In addition we will have a short guide about how to setup and operate the
equipment -- as well as a log book to record any questions that come up.

If we get enough people to sign up it won't be a burden to anyone.  Peter
and I will still be available -- it's just that it won't be assumed that
one of us will take the responsibility for doing this every week.  We will
have a well defined schedule and a procedure for finding a replacement if
needed.
