[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Setting up a Google group

When you set up a Google Group, there are privacy options, one of which is
"Anyone can ask" to join the group. You can also change to this setting
after creating the group. That way you or she can share the group address
(say on a poster) and people can ask to join with their email addresses.
The retirement home might also have a directory.
