The Staples on Lexington Street in Waltham recycles all batteries and 
electronics. Simple drop off.

Home Depot recycles batteries and fluorescent bulbs near the return 
pickup lockers.

REMEMBER: if you are recycling a computer with a hard drive, search how 
to remove the hard drive and physically destroy (a hammer and a hard 
surface work nicely) it before recycling.
