[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] printer issue

Today I printed three things on Cynthia's HP printer.  Two were fine.  The
second (WORD doc) had a blank space where every lower case b or p was.  I
know of no option to save ink that way.  The first item was an email and
that was fine, as was the third, another word document.  The bad one was
fine on the screen prior to the print.

 

Has anyone seen anything like this?  The bad one was Times New Roman and
when Cynthia printed it from her computer to the same printer it was fine.
