[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] New features of "Client" side of Zoom

Folks,

I've been noticing more and more features of Zoom that each client (i.e.,
the program running on your laptop) can make separate decisions from the
group as a whole. We talked about some of these (e.g., "AI Companion") in
our conversation before the meeting today.

Here is a screenshot from today's presentation:

One feature that I have been using is the "View" command appearing in the
upper right corner of the display on a laptop. It allows you to control
the various modes you can show all of the various windows provided by Zoom.

When you click on the View button at the upper right corner of your screen,
you will see:

There are four possible ways to display the shared display and the
participants grid:

   1. Standard
   2. Side-by-side: speaker
   3. Side-by-side: gallery
   4. Side-by-side: Multi-speaker

The one that I am most interested in is the Side-by-side: Multi-speaker
mode. This one will automatically show the most recent speakers in the
upper part of the participants column, with the grid of other participants
in the lower part. You can adjust the amount of your display devoted to
each of the areas of the integrated total display by grabbing small white
horizontal and vertical bars (circled in red below) and sliding the bar
toward the right or left, and top or bottom. Try it, it's fun!

So, the bottom line is that each viewer of a Zoom meeting has a lot of
personal choice as to how they want to allocate space on their screen.

Regards,
