Dan,

I've only been to the Holi lunch buffet once or twice.  In my 
experience, Indian buffets tend to err on the side of mild for their 
buffets and there is usually enough variety that there will always be 
some mild dishes.  You can also ask the people to make you a milder 
version of a dish on the buffet if needed as the proprietors are often 
very accommodating.  Worst case, you can get ice cream from Bedford 
Farms for lunch :-)
