Peter and Everyone -- 
Whatever the issue was between Yahoo and the LCC Public Network earlier, it appears to have been resolved. I got to my Yahoo Web Mail and the main Yahoo home page. Too late for the Zoom Meeting login, as I am already connected through the Zoom App on my laptop.
