I called the Geek Squad and they went through a simple 4-step “Change/Repair” process after which the problem was fixed.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>It happened again, don’t know why, 4 days ago and I repeated the repair.
