I called the Geek Squad and they went through a simple 4-step “Change/Repair” process after which the problem was fixed.</span></p><p class="yiv1010034592MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;"> </span></p><p class="yiv1010034592MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">It happened again, don’t know why, 4 days ago and I repeated the repair.
