<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">PDFSAM for Windows. I use the Basic Version, but there are additional features in the Full Version and the Paid Version. Basic is free, and I use it all the time. For a book the paid version may be more powerful.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">For the half-dozen other Linux users in all the world (joking!) this program is also available free for Linux. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Also available for Linux (don't know about Windows) is PDF Arranger, which I think I got through the Synaptic Package Manager. PDF Shuffler is very basic and limited.
