    <p>I belong to Temple Isaiah and we have a "sister" congregation in

      Israel. They are looking to get some help in understanding the

      economics of solar panels in a Middle East location as they would

      like to install them on their facility.</p>

    They currently have plans for the installation but have some

    questions on economics.<br>

    <p>Anyone have some expertise or know of someone who might help?</p>
